• Easy Cook Activation

In 2018 Alsec started the Easy Cook brand activation strategy, aiming the Food Service sector specifically, where they offer high value products thanks to their microencapsulation technology, which allows its consumers solutions and improvements in process and products.

With the goal to advertise the brand, Alsec started to open the company and production plant doors, to show its visitors the technology in the process and the product achieved thanks to it. Showing that we continue to innovate in the food industry, to feed a better world with intelligent ingredients. This is the company’s commitment since its birth!

Currently the company receives each month visits of students and teachers from universities with academic programs of Gastronomy and Food Engineering, such as Cesde, Colegio Mayor de Antioquia and Luis Amigó, located in Medellin City, as well as universities in other cities such as the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga and the University of Córdoba, with whom the EASY COOK products have found an excellent acceptance, here are some testimonies:

• Food Service Line

It is a system designed to supply the gastronomic operators with all the elements they need to optimize their integral operation in presentation, variety, formulations and prices.

They all require the correct presentations of products for the industrial management of food.

This is a business concept that was born to service the major operators of industrial gastronomy in USA, since they needed more adequate presentations suited to their needs, because the ones they had at that moment created a waste of product that affected the business cost.

PGC products (consumer products) were historically sold to wholesale distributors leaving behind operators such as restaurants chains, catering, coffee shops, hotels and industrial catering. That is the reason why the products are packaged with the current distribution system, supported by training services, application and distribution in the meat, bakery, gastronomy, cleaning and disinfection industries, and the added services such as uniforms, staff, equipment, etc.

You can notice that this system offers a large range of resources that the sector may require, however in Colombia you can qualify even more the offer of smartsolutions that help mitigate not just the raw material waste, but also the energy, space, time, process and product waste.
