• Easy Cook Activation

In 2018 Alsec started the Easy Cook brand activation strategy, aiming the Food Service sector specifically, where they offer high value products thanks to their microencapsulation technology, which allows its consumers solutions and improvements in process and products.

With the goal to advertise the brand, Alsec started to open the company and production plant doors, to show its visitors the technology in the process and the product achieved thanks to it. Showing that we continue to innovate in the food industry, to feed a better world with intelligent ingredients. This is the company’s commitment since its birth!

Currently the company receives each month visits of students and teachers from universities with academic programs of Gastronomy and Food Engineering, such as Cesde, Colegio Mayor de Antioquia and Luis Amigó, located in Medellin City, as well as universities in other cities such as the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga and the University of Córdoba, with whom the EASY COOK products have found an excellent acceptance, here are some testimonies:
